Freedom Act Lubbock

The originators and proponents of Proposition A are calling for the decriminalization of “low-level” marijuana possession in the city of Lubbock and calling this ordinance “Freedom Act Lubbock.”

If you have had friends or family impacted by drug abuse then you know there is NO FREEDOM in drug addiction. It’s a life of overwhelming bondage and pain.

what they aren't advertising

What they aren’t telling you is that this “low-level” they are wanting to say is okay, is actually 1/4 pound (4oz)* of marijuana that can make between 227-300 individual joints. That is not a personal amount of marijuana, that’s a distribution and dealer amount. (*Class B Misdemeanor includes amounts up to 4oz)

SANCTUARY CITY FOR ILLEGAL DRUG USERS & DEALERS

The state laws of Texas are clear… the possession and consumption of marijuana (not including medical marijuana or CBD) is illegal, but the supporters of Proposition A want the citizens of Lubbock to LOOK THE OTHER WAY and harbor illegal drug users and dealers by voting to “decriminalize” the possession of illegal marijuana.
